Y Member Since 2007 ~ 2019 update
In 2019, Rozina started her private swim lessons by working on the basic, but important skill, of floating in the shallow pool. Every week she would come back and we would work on floating, breathing and stroke technique.
By week 3, we had moved onto treading in the deep pool and eventually began working on swimming laps, which was the reason she signed herself up for these lessons.
She wanted to be able to swim with her husband and family and add another workout option to her healthy lifestyle. She initially was using a float belt to help her get the rhythmic breathing down but by the end of her 8th private lesson, she had taken off on her own and completed an entire lap, non-stop, and looked like she had been doing it for years!
