This month of yoga will incorporate movement that supports the changing of the seasons. We will be looking to improve flexibility, open up respiratory-related conditions, & increase overall clarity of mind and body.
This class is accessible for ages 13–65, and possibly older, depending on level of fitness. However, all bodies are welcome and no one will be turned away. There will be modifications for those who need it.
