This ongoing community service is designed to support you on your journey to achieving a healthy BMI – no YMCA membership required! The program provides year-long support to those who continue meeting qualifications, with the goal of helping participants bring their BMI under 25 and graduate from the program. Sessions run for 2 months and reopen immediately, ensuring you’re always supported.
