Motherhood is a workout on its own – but this one’s just for you. Moms In Motion: Wheels & Workouts is an outdoor fitness class designed for moms and their little ones to enjoy fresh air, movement, and connection together. Each session combines energizing exercises with stroller-friendly cardio to help you stay strong, present, and supported.
You’ll enjoy:
A mix of strength, mobility, and cardio exercises designed for postpartum and all fitness levels
Movement-based circuits using bodyweight, bands, and stroller walking
Encouraging community and conversation with other local moms
Outdoor time with your child, promoting wellness for both of you
This welcoming and flexible class takes place under the YMCA pavilion and uses the 1/4 mile walking path and surrounding outdoor space. Babies, toddlers, and young children in strollers are all welcome — just bring your wheels and we’ll take care of the workouts.
Thursday classes begin June 19. In case of inclement weather, class will be canceled and refunded.
Registration closes the night before each class.
