11/7/2025 Heroes Appreciation Breakfast

Join us for a FREE community breakfast honoring first responders and Veterans in the YMCA Fieldhouse Gym. Enjoy pancakes, sausage, and beverages while supporting a local charity, which will receive 100% of donations during the event.

After the Heroes Breakfast & Veterans Health Expo, we will host our first Dodgeball Tournament at 12 PM.

• Teams will consist of 5 members with at least two females.
• The game lasts 8 minutes max.
• The winner will be the team with the most active players.
• Several tie breakers TBD.

The prize will be a large traveling trophy featuring the Y logo and a sponsor’s name.

The entry fee is $50 per team, with a portion of the entry fee going to the Saginaw Area Fireworks fund.
