B Ready Race Training – 2025 Race Prep at the YMCA of Saginaw

B Ready Race Training at the YMCA of Saginaw is an 8-week, coach-led program designed to help walkers, runners, and beginners prepare for the BWell Races. With pacing support, weekly group workouts, and a motivating community, you’ll train safely and confidently — for free!

What to Expect:

Ready to start a running routine, train for your next race, or just need the accountability of a supportive group? B Ready Race Training is an 8-week program designed to help you prepare for the BWell Races on September 27th, no matter your pace or experience level. Whether you want to walk, run-walk, or hit a personal best, we’ve got a plan (and a coach) for you.

You’ll train with others through:

  • Group-led workouts twice a week

  • Personalized pacing support for walkers, runners, and everyone in between

  • Motivation, encouragement, and expert tips from our coaching team

  • A progressive training plan leading up to race day

  • A welcoming and judgment-free fitness community



Whether you’re brand new to running or aiming to improve your time, B Ready will get you there safely and confidently.

    Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Where: YMCA of Saginaw – Meet at the front entrance

  • What to Bring: Comfortable running shoes, water, and a can-do attitude!
