Martial Arts Youth Program at the Saginaw YMCA

Our martial arts youth program combines physical activity with character development, helping your child grow stronger in body and mind. At the Saginaw YMCA, we believe martial arts is more than self-defense - it’s a way to cultivate focus, discipline, and resilience that extends beyond the mat.

Martial arts at the Saginaw YMCA, led by Sensei Oliver Johnson, offers dynamic programs that cater to kids and adults of all skill levels. Through Cuong Nhu Karate, participants develop physical fitness, mental discipline, and the confidence to excel in all areas of life.
