The instructor will talk you through various speeds and heavy resistance drills, but you’ll be so focused on the fun themed playlists that you will leave feeling exhilarated after this incredible low impact cardiovascular workout.
All fitness levels welcome – whether you’re new to cycling or ready to level up your routine.
Cycling workouts are low impact and joint-friendly, but do our bodies (and minds) SERIOUS good! This class gives riders a frequent break from the saddle to fit in quality strength training intervals on the floor, for a full spectrum workout of cardio AND strength.
