What to Expect

Summer in Michigan is the perfect time to take your fitness outdoors! Join Coach D for an energizing, total-body outdoor bootcamp that uses nature (and grit) as your gym. This high-intensity class challenges every muscle group while offering a stunning view of the river and silos from our back patio.

You’ll challenge your body through:

  • Tire flips, sprints, and strength-based bodyweight circuits

  • Power walking or light running to boost endurance

  • Functional fitness that builds real-world strength

  • A motivating, outdoor environment that’s both scenic and sweat-worthy
