The YMCA of Saginaw is looking for caring and enthusiastic Out of School Staff who enjoy working with children and helping create a fun, welcoming environment. Working at the Y is more than just a part-time job—it’s an opportunity to be a positive part of a child’s day while making a difference in our community.
As a member of our Out of School Staff, you’ll help support YMCA youth programming and provide children with a safe, engaging, and positive experience outside of the school day.
Applicants should have a high school diploma and a background in education. Previous experience working with camps, youth programs, or other children’s programming is also desired.
