The Wellness Coach (WC) while on duty will be responsible for related services including member engagement, instruction on equipment, assisting members with developing goals, maintaining and cleaning equipment, general operations, assisting in tours, aquatic observation and any emergency that may occur. The WC will provide a safe and clean workout environment, accurate general health and wellness information, and a high level of customer service. The WC must portray a professional image and provide positive feedback, motivation, and encouragement.
