Community Room Rental
Do you have a special event and need a space to host? Our community room is a great option for showers, school groups, church groups, meetings, holiday parties, etc. NOTE: We are unable to rent for graduation parties.
The Y makes your gathering one to remember. Your rental includes 3-hour use of one of our community rooms. It also includes table and chair set-up/take-down. You bring your own cake, ice cream, food, drinks, paper products, and decorations. You are responsible for decorating and cleanup.
Community Room #1: 1 – 73 guests: $135 for 3 hrs(plus security deposit). Additional hours available at $45 hr.
Community Room #2: 1 – 50 guests: $135 for 3 hrs(plus security deposit). Additional hours available at $45 hr.
$135 for 3 hrs. Additional hours available at $45 hr. There is also a $50 security deposit that is added to the base price. This deposit is refundable as long as there are no damages done to the room.
Includes use of one of our community rooms and table and chair set-up/take-down. This option also includes AV including projector, screen, and podium.

Overnight rental rates are based on how many people are in your group and the duration of your event. This fee includes YMCA certified staff, sports equipment, swimming pool, spa, and other miscellaneous amenities. Full-night rentals run 9:30 pm – 6 am on Friday or Saturday. Half-night rentals are a 3-hour option on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. The swimming pool will be open for your group for a 2-hour window. A $75 deposit is required to reserve a date.

Our indoor pool is available for your birthday parties or other special events. It’s a unique, fun and healthy way to celebrate a special occasion.
Birthday Parties at the Y
Make your child’s birthday a special event at the YMCA of Saginaw. They’ll have an opportunity to be active and have fun in a safe environment. Basic Party Package is for two hours and includes a party coordinator, use of the pool or gym, tables, and chairs for up to 25 children and all adults. Bring your own table decorations, paper products, utensils, cake or food.

Splash Bash Pool Party
If you are planning a pool party for children age 9 or under, you must have 1 adult (age 16+) in the pool for every 6 children to help with supervision. Enjoy water games, beach balls and splashing around in the pool.

If sports is your thing, then pick one of your favorite sports and tailor your party for fast action fun. Basketball, kickball, soccer, volleyball, wallyball, hockey, races and relays.

There will be a $25 deposit to hold the date and we will have you sign the contract. The balance will be due 3 days before the party.
Rent Our Facility
The Saginaw Family YMCA has facilities that can be rented for after hours events so as not to inconvenience our members, as well as some areas during our business hours. We can arrange group “lock-ins” and other full facility rentals.
