Community Room Rental

Room Rentals are a great low cost option for Bridal and Baby Showers, Small School Groups, Church Groups, Community Meetings, and Small Holiday gatherings!

Renter is responsible for the following:

  • ALL food, dessert, and Beverages (NO alcohol)
  • decorating & clean up
  • dishware, utensils, paper products

Room Rental Rates: 

  • $200 for 3 hrs
  • $50 for any additional hour(s) needed
  • $100 deposit must be paid when room rental contract is signed.
  • Remaining amount must be paid 7 days prior to event date

Availability: 

Community Room #1:

  • Mon-Thurs: 8am-7pm
  • Friday: 8am-6pm
  • Saturday: 9a-3:30p

KidZone:

  • Friday:9a-6p ( NON splash Party)
  • Saturday: 12:30p-3:30p (splash package available ONLY on Saturdays)

 

Birthday Packages

Splash Bash Pool Party:

If you are Planning a pool party for children ages 10 or younger, you must have 1 adult (age 18+) in the pool for every 6 children for supervision.

Pool toys provided**

Splash Pool Party Time line:

  • Party start time: 12:30p
  • Swim time 12:45-1:45p
  • 1:45p-3:30p cake/games/gifts/etc.

Sports Mania Party:

Package includes:

  • 1hr of gym time
  • choice of sport/activity (ie. Basketball, soccer, pickleball, hockey, volleyball, relays, etc.)
  • Reserved room

Reservations must be made  at least 3 weeks before the requested party date. We will verify the party date/time requested is available. There will be a 100% deposit to hold the date and we will have you sign the contract.

Cancelation Policy

Rental cancelations must be received no later than 7 days in advance of event date to receive a refund (minus $50 cancelation fee)
