The swim instructor radiates energy and warmth, able to build strong relationships with and between all members and program participants. The swim instructor needs to be able to work with any age and varying backgrounds. The swim instructor ensures safety in and around the pool for all participants during class/practice time. Must be able to demonstrate all swimming strokes. Lifeguard certification preferred, but not required.
