Host Your Event at the Saginaw YMCA

Room Rentals are a great low cost option for Birthdays, Bridal, Baby Showers, Small School Groups, Church Groups, Community Meetings, and Small Holiday gatherings!

Renter is responsible for the following:

  • All food, dessert, and beverages (no alcohol).
  • Decorating & Cleanup.
  • Dishware, utensils, paper products, etc.

Room Rental Rates:

  • 200 for 3 hours.
  • $50 per hour for any additional hours needed (if any are available).
  • Base room rental rates are 50% off for non profits.

Availability:

  • Community Room 1 (fits around 50 people).
  • Community Room 2 (fits around 50 people).
  • Upstairs Meeting Room 1 (fits around 20 – 25 people).
  • Upstairs Meeting Room 2 (fits around 20 – 25 people).

Rental cancellations must be received no later than 7 days before your event date to receive a refund (minus $50 cancellation fee).

  • Party Cost $200

Enjoy a pool party with us at the Y! Keep in mind that there must be an adult (age 21+) in the pool at all times for supervision. The number of adults required will depend on the ages of the children and the number of party swimmers.

Sports Mania

  • Party Cost $200
  • 1 hour of gym time
  • Choice of sport or activity (ie; basketball, soccer, pickleball, hockey, volleyball, relays, etc.)
  • Reserved room
  • Saturdays and Sundays only

STEM Party

  • Party Cost $200
  • 1 hour of STEM Activity
  • Choice of activity (ie; Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
  • Reserved room
  • Saturdays and Sundays only
