We would love to help your family become more familiar with camp! You’re invited to attend one of our Open House events to meet our staff, have your questions answered, and help you and your child feel more prepared and comfortable before camp starts.
Virtual Open Houses
Virtual Open Houses are informational Zoom meetings and Q+A sessions for parents interested in learning more about Summer 2024 at YMCA Camp Timbers. Topics include answers to our most common parent questions, packing lists, details about camper schedules, programming, and more. To end with an open Q&A time with our directors.
In 2024 we are offering two times so your family can fit one into the busy schedule.

Spring Open House at Camp
Join us Sunday, May 19 from 11 AM to 4 PM at YMCA Camp Timbers to take a tour of camp, meet and greet some of our 2024 staff team, have time to ask questions with a director, and try out a few camp activities.
Our Spring Open House is a Drop-in event with camp tours leaving the main lodge every half hour, a preview of camp activities to try, and more. Our Spring Open House is a great time to hear your camper’s stories from the previous summer or to bring a friend or family member who is new to camp! No registration is needed!
