All fitness levels welcome – whether you’re new to cycling or ready to level up your routine.

  • When: Thursdays, 6:00-6:50 AM
  • Where: Saginaw YMCA Health Enhancement Room
  • Bring water, wear comfortable workout clothes, and get ready to sweat! A towel may be handy.

Why Bikes n Bands?

Cycling workouts are low-impact and joint-friendly but do our bodies (and minds) SERIOUS good! This class gives riders a frequent break from the saddle to fit in quality strength training intervals on the floor, for a full-spectrum workout of cardio AND strength.
