The YMCA of Saginaw was proud to take part in the 10th Annual Veterans & First Responders Resource Fair & Recreation Day on Sunday, September 13 at Bay City State Park. The event brought together veterans, first responders, medical staff, families, and community organizations for an afternoon of resources, recreation, and connection.
Our team joined other organizations serving veterans throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region to share information about YMCA programs and opportunities while connecting attendees with resources available in their community.
Events like this give us an opportunity not only to share what the Y has to offer, but also to strengthen relationships with the organizations and individuals doing important work for veterans and their families every day.
We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by to say hello and to all of the organizations that came together to support those who have served our communities and our country.
