Room Rentals are a great low cost option for Birthdays, Bridal, Baby Showers, Small School Groups, Church Groups, Community Meetings, and Small Holiday gatherings!

Room Information

Renter is responsible for the following:

ALL food, dessert, and Beverages (NO alcohol). The YMCA Mission Nutrition team can provide a catering menu at your request. Healthy snacks, appetizers, and hand helds available.
Decorating & clean up
Dishware, utensils, paper products

Room Rental Rates:

$200 for 3 hrs
$50 for any additional hour(s) needed
Fee must be paid when room rental contract is signed.

Community Room #1:

Mon-Thurs: 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM

KidZone Youth Birthday Parties:

Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (NON splash Party)
Saturday: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM (splash package available ONLY on Saturdays)

Cancellation Policy:

Rental cancelations must be received no later than 7 days in advance of event date to receive a refund (minus $50 cancelation fee).

If you are planning a pool party for children ages 10 or younger, you must have 1 adult (age 18+) in the pool for every 6 children for supervision.

Choice of sport or activity (ie; basketball, soccer, pickleball, hockey, volleyball, relays, etc.)

Choice of sport or activity (ie; Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
