Feeding Our Community with Mission Nutrition

At the YMCA of Saginaw, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and that begins with access to nutritious meals. Through partnerships with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and the Michigan YMCA State Alliance, we’re proud to offer FREE healthy meals for children 18 and under as part of our Mission Nutrition and Healthy Out of School Time (HOST) programs.

What We Provide:

After-School Meals:
Serving dinner and for participants in the Girls on the Run program.

Summer Meals:
Nutritional support continues when school is out, ensuring kids have access to healthy meals year-round.

FREE Youth Meals:

  • Monday – Friday: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
