Meet us at the barre for a transformative workout that blends the best of strength training, posture alignment, and core-focused exercises. Y Barre is a low-impact, high-energy class designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and boost endurance—all while having fun in a supportive environment.

What to Expect

This month, we’re taking your workout to the next level by integrating foundational Pilates movements for an even deeper focus on core strength and stability. You’ll challenge your body through:

  • Light weights and high-repetition movements for toning and endurance.
  • Isometric holds and pulses that target key muscle groups.
  • A focus on posture and alignment to enhance overall body awareness and reduce injury risk.

Whether you’re new to barre or a seasoned participant, our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way.

  • When: Tuesdays, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Where: Saginaw YMCA Fitness Studio
  • What to Bring: Comfortable workout attire and barre socks (recommended for stability and hygiene).
