Pound With Janna

Pound isn’t your average workout. It’s a total core experience disguised as a drumming jam session. Every time you strike, twist, or throw your ripstix, the lightweight shifts your balance, forcing your core to engage and keep you steady. The moves, positions, and rotations work your core from every angle while you rock out.

What to Expect:

When you make the decision to walk through the doors of a POUND class, you’re given the permission to come as you are. To honor what it took to get there and let go of whatever’s weighing on you that day. 

Class Details

  • Where: Saginaw YMCA Fitness Studio
  • A water bottle and a readiness to center your body and mind
  • Participants must be able to get down to the floor and back up safely.
