CPR / AED
Adult, Infant and Child CPR (workplace) with First
Aid Basics and AED. The purpose of this certification is to train you to act in an emergency situation and to recognize and care for life threatening respiratory or cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants.
DATES: January 5, February 9, March 9 TIME: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
COST: $55 Members / $75 Non-members
LIFEGUARD TRAINING COURSE
The purpose of the Red Cross Lifeguarding course is to provide entry-level lifeguarding participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for injuries and sudden illnesses until EMS arrives and takes over. A book will be given to each participant at the first class. Be sure to bring a swimsuit, towel and course materials to every class! Upon passing course, participants will receive a lifeguard, first aid and CPR/AED certification valid for
2 years.
PREREQUISITES:
● Must be 15 years of age or older
● Must be able to complete a 300 yard swim, dive down
9 feet and retrieve a 10 lb. brick
DATES: April 8, 9, 15 April 22, 23, 29
TIME: 11:00am – 6:00pm
COST: $180 Members / $200 Non-members
