Pre-Cuong Nhu Karate Class Details:

  • Ages 4-7
  • Saturdays Sept 11 through Oct 2 at 9 am
  • Saturdays Sept 11 through Oct 2 at 10 am

Pre-CN Karate training will develop students’ hand/eye coordination, listening skills, self-discipline, self-respect; as well as physical conditioning.  Students will become bully proof and future leaders with the self-confidence needed to succeed in life.

Benefits:

  • Improve flexibility, balance, coordination, and stamina.
  • Practice self-defense techniques to improve body mechanics and motor skills.
  • Overcome fears and conquer anxiety.
  • Learn the “Art of Falling” or Ukemi.

 

Cuong Nhu Karate Class Details:

  • Ages 8-18
  • Tuesdays Sept 7 through Sept 28 at 6pm
  • Saturdays Sept 11 through Oct 2 at 11 am

CN Karate training will develop the practitioner’s self-confidence, self-respect, mental discipline, and physical conditioning; including the ability to defend oneself from hurt, harm, or danger.  Karate training will improve the student’s grades and behavior in school by preparing them to be successful in any field of human endeavor.

  • Kata practice to improve body mechanics, muscle memory and hand/feet techniques.
  • Weapons training to include the Bo Staff and Tambo.
  • Learn the “Art of Falling” or Ukemi.

 

Adult Cuong Nhu Karate Class Details:

  • Ages 19+
  • Thursdays Sept 9 through Sept 30 at 6pm

CN Karate training will develop the practitioner’s self-control, mental discipline, and physical conditioning; including the ability to defend oneself from hurt, harm, or danger.  Adult Karate training will seek to improve the student’s overall flexibility, reduce stress, reduce injuries, and improve overall quality of life.

Benefits:

  • Improve balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina.
  • Kata practice to improve body mechanics, muscle memory and hand/feet techniques.
  • Weapons training to include the Bo Staff and Tambo.
  • Learn the “Art of Falling” or Ukemi to reduce injury.
