Y Barre

Utilizing a ballet barre, this redesigned 6-week program will meet once a week and incorporate a progressive mixture of techniques from dance, pilates, and yoga that will deliver a full body workout. A class that focuses on isometric exercise to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. No dance experience required. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Open to ages 14 years and older. Program meets in the Health Enhancement Room and is taught by Janna.
