Utilizing a ballet barre, this redesigned 4-week program will meet twice a week and incorporate a progressive mixture of techniques from dance, pilates, and yoga that will deliver a full body workout. A class that focuses on isometric exercised to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. No dance experience required. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Open to ages 14 years and older Program meets in the Health Enhancement Room Limited to 6 Participants and taught by Janna.
