Blood Pressure self-monitoring is a four-month program focused on helping individuals properly monitor their blood pressure. This program includes two personalized consultations and monthly nutrition education seminars. The participant is to measure their blood pressure at least two times a month. The goals of this program are to help better manage and reduce an individuals blood pressure.
- Open to everyone from ages 18+
- Diagnosed with high blood pressure
- Not have experienced a recent cardiac event or have atrial fibrillation
- Not at risk for lymphedema
