The YMCA of Saginaw is seeking a Full-time Facilities Director to lead and support our Maintenance Operations. The Facilities Director is responsible for all aspects of building and equipment upkeep, including but not limited to providing technical expertise, hands-on service, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with all safety standards. The Facilities Director also manages vendor contracts and accounts. Applicants must have minimum 5-years relevant experience, with certifications preferred relating to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, finish coatings, cleaning, pool operation, and grounds keeping.
