SUMMARY:Veterans Water Aerobics
DESCRIPTION:We invite all veterans to join our Veteran-Centric Water Aerobics class\, a great way to stay active\, improve mobility\, and connect with fellow veterans. Led by the MOVE! program from the VA\, this class focuses on low-impact exercises that provide a full-body workout\, helping to build strength\, flexibility\, and endurance while reducing joint stress. It’s an excellent opportunity to improve overall health in a supportive and encouraging environment with others who understand your experiences. The class meets every Thursday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the YMCA\, and we encourage you to come out and take advantage of this great program. Your well-being matters\, and we’re here to help you stay strong!
