Cardio Drumming is one of our most popular classes at the Y. Meant for our Active Older Adults, it is a lower-impact drumming workout. You can always up the intensity by hitting the ground or adding in some jumps. The music is great and the moves are fun! Find whatever you can around the house and let's get drumming!
