W.E.L. is a 10 week self-guided, wellness staff supported, nutrition based fitness program.
This program is perfect for the person just getting started or someone who is looking to lose a few pounds and needs some help doing it, while balancing a very busy schedule.
The program is built through a workbook with weekly weigh in and staff accountability sessions as needed.
The fee is just $25 and available to Y-Members only.
Since this is a self-guided program, your 10 week session will begin when you register and at the same time make an appointment with a wellness staff person.
