Yoga – 101 Series

Our 101 Series Yoga is a program targeted at those who have never attended a yoga class before.  The program would meet twice a week for 3 consecutive weeks and participants would be able to attend yoga classes with confidence after completing the program.

Week 1:  30-40 minute classes introducing participants to yoga and introducing the basic poses, breathing and class format
Week 2:  35-45 minute classes increase confidence in the different poses with the goal to increase strength and endurance
Week 3:  40-50 minute classes increase conditioning and confidence to equip participants to successfully enter regular yoga classes
