Strength – 101 Series

 

Strength 101 is a program targeted at those who want to begin building strength but don’t know how to get started.  The program would meet twice a week for 3 consecutive weeks.  Classes are 30 minutes each and cover what to do, how to get started, and introduces movement patterns that should be covered each time you come in to exercise.  By the end of the Strength 101 you will not only be stronger, you’ll be mentally prepared to attack your workouts with purpose and understanding.

Program meets in the carpeted / youth gym.
Starts January 14, 2019 at 5:15pm
