6 weeks of structured training for a little more than the cost of 1 personal training session.

This 6-week weight lifting class is designed to prevent and reverse osteoporosis.  Utilizing weight training to strengthen bones and muscles, fractures caused by osteoporosis can be protected against.

This class, led by one of our certified personal trainers, will improve strength, bone density, balance, and enhance your energy level – ultimately improving your overall quality of life.  Be Senior Strong!

A minimum of 3 participants is needed to run the program and the maximum number of participants is 8.
