A 10-week fitness AND nutrition program designed to help you become a healthier you.

Get the motivation and support you need to maintain a healthy weight, stay consistent and make healthier choices to create long term, lifestyle changes.  This program is designed to guide you through your health and wellness journey.  We’ll help you set goals that are realistic to achieve and maintain through a support group, nutrition education, and physical activity.

  • Group training sessions led by a Certified Personal Trainer
  • Fitness assessments
  • Healthy competitions with prizes
  • Need comfortable shoes, athletic clothing
  • Pre-Register for session
