6 week Outdoor Boot Camp program
(seasonally available)

Take your fitness outside!  Join us on the river front at the YMCA of Saginaw for a workout away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  This boot camp is a mixture of cardio and strength exercise using minimal equipment.  Led by personal training staff.
