This class is a mixture of techniques from yoga, Pilates and dance.  Class focuses on isometric exercises to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance.  Appropriate for all fitness levels.

  • Open to ages 14 years and older
  • Program meets in the Health Enhancement Room
  • Limited to 12 participants
