Utilizing a ballet barre, this class is a mixture of techniques from dance, pilates and yoga that will deliver a full body workout. A class that focuses on isometric exercises to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. No dance experience required. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

  • Open to ages 14 years and older
  • Program meets in the Health Enhancement Room
  • Limited to 12 participants
