The powerlifting program provides practice in how to safely strength train, helping you work towards lifting your maximum weight through three specific lifts: Bench press, squat, and deadlift.  A Certified Professional Trainer will provide a safe training plan specific to you and your current lifting ability.

  • Open to ages 14 years and older
  • Program meets in the Youth Gym
  • Limited to 3-6 participants
  • Pre-Register for session
