Boot Camps

Throughout the year, the Saginaw YMCA offers indoor, outdoor and aquatic boot camps designed to kick your fitness routine into high gear. With a mixture of cardio and strength, any type of workout is fair game.

Serious workouts like these can be effective and fun! Boot camps are a great way to meet others seeking a fitter lifestyle and make friendships that last.

  • NO FEE for Y-Members for Group Exercise Classes.
  • Members age 14 and up are welcome.
  • Non-Y Member Adults purchase a day/guest pass and you’re a member for the day!
  • Space is Limited.
  • All classes are co-ed.
  • Class may be cancelled if attendance is low for three weeks in a row.
  • 60+ group exercise classes.

Take your fitness outside!  Join us on the river front at the YMCA of Saginaw for a workout away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  This boot camp is a mixture of cardio and strength exercise using minimal equipment.
