Feb 21 @ 8:30 am – 9:30 am Deep Pool

  • NO FEE for Y-Members for Group Exercise Classes.
  • Members age 14 and up are welcome.
  • Non-Y Member Adults purchase a day/guest pass and you’re a member for the day!
  • Space is Limited.
  • All classes are co-ed.
  • Class may be cancelled if attendance is low for three weeks in a row.
  • 60+ group exercise classes.

Active older adults are an integral part of the Saginaw Family YMCA! We offer a wide variety of programs, activities and classes specifically designed for seniors, giving participants an opportunity to stay mentally, physically and socially active.

The Saginaw Family YMCA accommodates a wide variety of interests and functional abilities of older adults.
