Golf & Fitness – 2nd session added in May 2017! 


The Y Golf & Fitness program was new for 2017 and is perfect for any golf enthusiast. The program consists of six classes meeting over a three week period.

Every Tuesday a licensed trainer will work with the class, splitting time between golf specific strength training and creating a stretching/flexibility routine guaranteed to help you succeed on the links.

Every Thursday, PGA Professional Doug Temple will work with the class in the small gym on formulating strong fundamentals, mechanics, and addressing the game’s common faults and fixes.

The combination of fitness and swing training will have you ready for your best season ever!
