A large percentage of children drown within 6-10 feet of safety. Most of these drownings happen because of lack of basic water safety knowledge and skills. The basic skills that children need to know and will learn in this program are:

  • Rhythmic breathing and breath control
  • How to master and control buoyancy
  • How to open their eyes under water
