Hip Hop Funk and Pop:
Workout to a choreographed dance that includes a little hip hop, a little pop, a lot of cardio and whole lot of fun! ♦♦

Sunday classes are family friendly.
Children ages 4+ are welcome to attend this class with their parent/guardian.

Pound: Sunday for Families
Jul 21 @ 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Pound: Family  is our newest group fitness class that is designed specifically for the family.  From young to young-at-heart, join us in a full-body strength/cardio jam session, combining resistance exercises with constant drumming.  This class will strengthen infrequently used muscles as well as your cardiovascular system in a fun-filled class for your entire family.

Cardio Kick & Shake: Sundays for Families

An aerobics-based class featuring traditional kickboxing moves to increase the health of your heart and lungs. You’ll burn fat while you’re shakin’ it to some great music. Easy to follow. Great for all fitness levels. ••

A series of cycling drills which may include climbing, sprinting, intervals, and more to create a great cardiovascular workout. This class can be modified for all fitness levels. Work at your own intensity. •••

Kickboxing – Mon Wed
Jul 22 @ 8:10 am – 8:55 am

Kickboxing is a high energy workout incorporating boxing/martial arts style moves. This class will include upper and lower body muscle strengthen, through a series of punches and kicks, and a vigorous cardiovascular workout. **

 

Aqua Fit Mon Fri
Jul 22 @ 8:30 am – 9:30 am

Aqua Fit:  Exciting water workout that combines cardio training with muscle toning in the massaging environment of the pool   • – ••

Step & Tone Monday
Jul 22 @ 9:00 am – 10:00 am

This class offers a great one hour workout that includes cardio and strength training. Class consists of 30 minutes of step combinations to get your heart rate up followed by some intense upper and lower body strength conditioning.  ♦♦

Dance Fit (AOA) Mondays
Jul 22 @ 10:15 am – 11:00 am
Learn a variety of dances for fun and fitness. Dances include: line, party, country, and more all while enjoying a great variety of music from the 1960’s to the 2000’s. Have fun while improving your balance and coordination. This class will also provide a low intensity aerobic workout (walking speed). “If you can walk, you can dance”.

Limited to 30 people.

 

Yoga, Chair Monday

Class offers a variety of safe movements with restorative breathing exercises to promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Yoga increases flexibility, strength and balance and helps you relax.  •

Aqua Flexible (AOA) Mon Wed Fri
Jul 22 @ 11:30 am – 12:15 pm

Co-ed class taught in the shallow warm water pool. Designed to minimize stress on the joints and improve flexibility. •

Step Mix Mon & Wed
Jul 22 @ 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Fresh, creative patterns layered seamlessly into familiar step choreography. Smooth transitions and choreography make this a fun, exciting and challenging workout for all levels. ••

Yoga, Mon 5:30pm
Jul 22 @ 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Taught from a Hatha foundation using instruction of various yoga disciplines consisting of physical exercises, meditation, breathing techniques and relaxation to build strength, balance and peace of mind. ••

  • NO FEE for Y-Members for Group Exercise Classes.
  • Members age 14 and up are welcome.
    • Sundays beginning 2019: Children ages 4+ are welcome to attend classes with their parent/guardian.
  • Non-Y Member Adults purchase a day/guest pass and you’re a member for the day!
  • Space is Limited.
  • All classes are co-ed.
  • Class may be cancelled if attendance is low for three weeks in a row.
  • 60+ group exercise classes.
